PlayMor Equine Services and Extended Care

In a city known for its equine training and breeding facilities, the PlayMor Equine Services and Extended Care accommodations are second to none. With four sections of stabling in two barns, including a section built exclusively to cater to stallions, the newly constructed facility also houses a section of large broodmare stalls, oversized, oxygen-equipped foaling stalls with night cameras, comfortable watch-rooms for the twenty-four hour watchmen, and 14 stalls.

PlayMor Equine Services and Extended Care will be headed by Michael Adams, a licensed equine veterinary technician with a Masters degree in Equine Management, a specialist in anesthesiology, and a stellar reputation among world renowned veterinarians and surgical staff in the immediate area and abroad. Michael and his entire team will staff and manage PlayMor Equine Services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The PlayMor Equine Services and Extended Care facility will specialize in the following areas of care

  • Stallion collection and care
    Artificial insemination
    Embryo transfers
    Older mares with reproductive problems to be bred
    Older mares with difficulties in foaling
    First time foaling mares
    After surgery care
    Laminitis cases
    Special rehabilitation needs
    Stem cell therapy
    Nutrition management
    Wound care
    Overweight horses
    Neonatal and newborn care of foals
